Infospekta is searching for a dedicated and skilled Pega System Architect Jr. to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pega System Architecture and will excel in a remote work environment. This role involves troubleshooting, collaboration, and the development of comprehensive documentation and user guides to support our applications.

Responsibilities:

Pega System Architecture Services:

Working In A Remote Environment:

  • Work effectively in a remote environment and manage tasks and collaboration within a geographically distributed team.

 Communication Skills / Collaboration:

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with teams to iterate on software development concepts and other ideas beneficial to the institute.
  • Discuss and provide analysis of feasibility for proposed solutions and development concepts.

Troubleshooting / Analysis:

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using appropriate tools to debug and analyze data.
  • Provide detailed analysis and solutions for technical problems encountered.

Azure DevOps:

  • Manage work in Microsoft Azure DevOps, utilizing boards, queries, and creating and updating pertinent work items.
  • Deliverables include user stories and queries to track progress and tasks.

Documentation & User Guides:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation and user guides for applications.
  • Deliverables include project, application, and system documentation. 

Critical Thinking & Analysis:

  • Solve problems, think critically, and analyze user feedback or requirements.
  • Break down problems into manageable portions and present them to development teams or clients for consideration.
  • Deliverables include flow charts and diagrams to illustrate processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

Certification: Completion of the Pega Systems Architect certification is required.

Experience:

  • Strong foundation in Pega System Architecture.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Azure DevOps for managing development tasks.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Skills:

  • Ability to develop comprehensive documentation and user guides.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems and provide detailed analysis.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
