Job ID 32-2005 – Junior Pega System Architect

InfoSpekta is actively searching for a Junior Pega System Architect part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team building, maintaining, and enhancing Pega applications that support NIH’s mission. Pega is a new technology to NIH and therefore your role is key in helping NIH staff become more efficient with a business process management tool. There will be opportunities to interface directly with the customer and educate them on Pega.

This person must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and 100% client-focused, with a continuing passion for their profession.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a development team member to assist with the evaluation of Pega modules and their relevance and suitability for the organization
  • Work as part of a development team to assess the client’s organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Pega-based solutions tailored to the client
  • Participate as a development resource in execution of iterative releases of Pega-based applications driven by the program
  • Perform analysis, design and change management, as needed by individual projects
  • Support business-need assessments and Pega solution implementations tailored to fit organizational needs
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically with a focus on achieving outcomes
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
  • Experience in a customer–facing role, understanding business need and solving complex problems, is beneficial
  • Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
  • Coordination with Pega technical support

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience on BPM Methodology (Analysis, Design, Modeling, Executing, Monitoring, Optimization)
  • 2+ years of experience in design and development of enterprise applications
  • Experience with Pega Systems and development of Pega-based solutions (Required)
  • Experience with Pega DevOps is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile software development,  is desirable
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, and/or working on a Scrum team is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Pega Certified System Architect Certification (Required)
