Job ID 32-2080 – PMO Lead

InfoSpekta is hiring a PMO Lead to support our team and manage our portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success across various teams and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates to standardize practices across the organization.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects or programs.
  • Proven experience establishing and leading a Project Management Office (PMO) in a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with Federal Government agencies is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
